Orders are processed in the order they were received. Our processing team operates during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Holidays. Any order placed outside of operating hours will be processed the following business day.
Expect standard processing time as 1 – 3 business days. Processing times may vary due to stock levels, electronic issues, and US Holidays & weekends.
To cancel an order placed please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Already received a tracking number? Your order will be unable to be canceled.
Please provide correct billing and contact information to facilitate the order process. Failure to do this may result in the delay/cancellation of your order.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have not received this email within 1 – 3 business days please check your contact info entered upon purchase and verify this was entered correctly. Follow up with us by email for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Clawbrands offers free shipping within the continental US. For shipping outside of the US please email us prior to ordering. We currently offer shipping through USPS & FedEx.
Transit times vary, depending on the delivery location at checkout. Keep in mind, delivery dates are given by the 3rd party shipping company. These provided dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be impacted by the holiday season
We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Shipping information entered incorrectly is not our responsibility and may default as a lost package.
USPS First-Class: estimated 3-5 days to arrive.
FedEx Ground: estimated 3-5 days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges
If you feel your item is defective due to a manufacturing error we are happy to start the return process based on our following requirements.
All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase from clawbrands.com. The Item must be in the original packaging and contain all unused, unwashed contents. If you purchased a claw branded item through a 3rd party please contact this party for return policies. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. Returns will be credited through your original payment method. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. International orders will not be available for exchanges.
Final sale items are considered those purchased on clearance or sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Processing
After return is received and inspected expect 72 hours for one of our team members to contact you with an approved or rejected return notice. If accepted a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment company, this could take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Once your return has been received and is approved for exchange expect 1 – 3 processing days & 3 – 5 business days for shipment to arrive.Shipping cost of the new item will be covered by clawbrands.
